Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.  Should we have a high volume of orders, there may be delays in processing. If this was to be the case you will be notified via email.

*Orders more than $100 qualify for free shipping.

You will be notified of your tracking information within 2-3 business days when your is processed and ready to ship.

Customs, duties, and taxes

is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Three Honey Bees Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

All orders are final except for orders that are damaged on arrival.
